MFS-350A medium frequency induction heating furnace converter uses IGBT as the core component. The induction heating frequency is designed according to the size range of the parts, ranging from 1KHZ to 10KHZ. As a member of JKZ's medium frequency induction furnace series, the maximum power of a single unit reaches 600KW, and the standard voltage of this machine is three-phase 380V/50HZ. Special voltage design can also be customized according to customer requirements.
The applications of this intermediate frequency induction heating furnace include forging and heating blanks, such as the production of automobile parts shafts, gear production, heat treatment surface hardening of parts, such as shafts, gears, iron/copper melting furnaces, pipe bending, and elbow manufacturing.
The HMI adopts a touch screen with a program, and has two modes of manual and automatic, which reduces the difficulty of operation.
JKZ also provides both vertical and horizontal designs according to the customer's installation space and laying conditions.
