The Temperature Control Method of Induction Heating Machine

As the popularity of induction heating machines gradually rises in different industry areas, the temperature requirements for different workpieces has also gotten higher and higher. To better control the temperature during the heating process, you can use the following two methods:

1. Heating temperature process control: According to the temperature rise curve of the heating process, use infrared temperature measurement or thermocouple for temperature sampling and convey the corresponding feedback to the industrial induction heating machine. Then, control the heating process by adjusting the working time and power of the equipment through the single-chip microcomputer. Typical applications of this method: Preheating of the metal heating machine before welding and heat preservation after welding

2. Heating temperature online and insulation control: According to the heating process temperature requirements, use infrared temperature measurement or thermocouple to take temperature sampling and send feedback to the induction heating equipment. Then, adjust the start and stop of the equipment through the single-chip microcomputer control equipment. Typical applications of this method: melting and welding heat preservation.
